If you need additional time to complete the final assignments in your course, you may be eligible for a course extension, allowing up to 14 extra days beyond the the course closing.
To be eligible to receive a course extension, learners in degree programs must:
- Have completed the first three modules
- Be passing the course
- Submit the request during the module 5 'window' (day 32-38)
- Provide proper documentation of extenuating circumstances (medical certificate of hospitalization or doctor's note, death in the immediate family, or other extreme circumstances). Work and travel reasons do not qualify.
If you are experiencing challenges that do not qualify for a course extension, you can discuss a course withdrawal and/or leave of absence with a Success Advisor.

Requests are subject to review/approval by the academic department. You will not be eligible to enroll in additional course(s) until the pending course is completed.
