Want to finish your degree faster? At Nexford, you have the flexibility to accelerate your learning journey. Here's what you need to know:

Eligibility for Multiple Course Enrollment

  • Successfully complete your first course
  • Submit all required admission documents
  • Clear any outstanding balances (Invoices for the upcoming month must be paid in advance)
  • Maintain good academic standing

Can I complete a course in one month?

Absolutely! Our Flexible Start Model allows you to finish a course within a month. However, enrollment in the next course depends on when your grades are finalized. To ensure smooth enrollment for the following month, aim to submit all assignments by the 25th of the current month.

Course Enrollment & Add/Drop Periods

  • Enrollment: If you've finished your current courses or want to increase your course load, you'll be automatically enrolled in the next course in your learning path between the 24th and 31st of the month. To add even more courses, contact success@nexford.org during this enrollment period. This is the ideal time to enroll and take advantage of course previewing.
  • Add/Drop: The first five days of each month are the Add/Drop period. During this time, you can drop a course without it affecting your transcript or completion pace. You can also add additional courses during this window.

Changing Your Course Load

You can adjust your course load at any time, as long as you meet the requirements for taking multiple courses.

Important Note to Kenyan Learners

To meet the requirements of the Commission on University Education, it is essential to complete your program within a minimum timeframe of one year for the graduate level and three years for the undergraduate. This duration is specifically aligned with the criteria set by local government units in Kenya for civil service eligibility and some universities for PhD continuing education.
