Who can I talk to about changing a grade?

If you are concerned with a particular course grade, you should have a discussion with the faculty member that graded your assignment. The best way to do that is by emailing the course inbox directly. If after that discussion, you are still concerned about the grade, an appeal process is available.

Please note that the Learner Success Team are not able to change your grade or explain the reason for the grade that you were given by faculty.
