Extension/Late penalty removal form

Form Description:

This form is for requesting an assignment extension, course extension, or the removal of a late penalty for your assignment. Your submission will first be reviewed by our faculty committee. If your request is approved, our team will apply the approved action. If your request is not approved, you will receive an email from our team explaining the committee's decision and providing clarification.

Form Eligibility:

You are eligible to submit this form only if you have one of the following cases: Course Extension, Assignment Extension, or Late Penalty Removal. If you do not meet any of these criteria, your form submission will be automatically rejected. During the submission process, you will be asked to provide supporting documents for your case. Failure to submit these documents will also result in an automatic rejection of your submisson.

Service SLA: 

Your submission will be reviewed and evaluated by our success team first and then submitted for approval to our faculty committee. After the committee's decision, our technical team will implement the necessary actions based on that decision. The expected resolution time for this process is 2-3 working days.
