All learners start their academic program by taking one course at a time. When your academic performance has demonstrated that you are set up for success, you will be eligible to take more than one course at once.

There are three different options that you can choose from, depending on your cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) and your personal study schedule. This is to be discussed with a Success Advisor during your Learning Path Verification Session (the Success Advising team will reach out to you when you’ll have this session – remember, attendance is a must!).

Other factors to consider when requesting additional courses:

  • Successful completion of the first course
  • All pending admission documents have been submitted to the Admissions Office
  • No outstanding balances with the Billings Office (Note: Invoices for the coming month of study must be paid in advance)
  • Good academic standing
