Respectful Treatment of Others

Modified on Wed, 8 Jul at 5:20 PM

Nexford University expects all community members — learners, faculty, and staff — to treat one another with respect. This means refraining from behavior that is offensive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or bullying in any form.

This expectation applies to all interactions within the Nexford community, including course discussions, communications with Success Advisors, and interactions with administrative staff.

Consequences of Disrespectful Behavior

Violations of this standard are taken seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of the behavior, consequences may include:

  • A formal warning for a first or isolated incident
  • Escalating sanctions for repeated or persistent behavior
  • Dismissal from the University for behavior that is severe or causes harm to another community member

Reporting a Concern

If you have experienced or witnessed behavior that violates this standard, contact your Success Advisor or submit an inquiry through the Support Hub.
