All Nexford learners have an Office 365 license at no additional cost. We know employers want you to master tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint so we’ve partnered with Microsoft to offer you Microsoft Office package for the time of your studies.
To install it, simply follow this Microsoft guide on how to download and install Office365.
If you are having any difficulty installing Office365, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that your internet connection is stable
- Double check that you have typed your login credentials correctly. The username and the password are case sensitive. If you can't remind what they are, you'll find them in your Welcome email. Try copy and pasting them directly from the email to prevent case errors.
- Try clearing your cache and cookies; or try opening the Office365 website using an incognito window
- It's possible that a previously installed Microsoft Office is causing the issue. To be sure, check if you have any existing Microsoft software on the device. If yes, uninstall it first and then try installing Office365 using your NXU credentials.
