Congratulations on completing your program at Nexford University! This guide explains how you will receive your initial academic documents and how to order additional or official copies.

Receiving Your Initial Free Academic Document(s)

• Automatic Electronic Transcript: Upon successful completion of your program, the Office of the Registrar will automatically prepare and send you one high-quality, official electronic version of your academic transcript. This is provided at no cost to you.

• Delivery Timeframe: You can expect this electronic transcript to be delivered to your registered email address approximately 15 business days after your official program completion date.

Ordering Additional or Specialized Academic Documents

If you require printed copies, additional electronic copies for yourself, official copies sent directly to other academic institutions or employers, or your primary degree diploma/program certificate, these can be purchased.

• How to Order: Please complete the Document Order Form.
• Payment and Processing: 
  • After submitting the form, you will receive an invoice for the order. 
  • Payment must be confirmed by the Nexford Billings team before your order is processed. 

Documents will be sent to the address or recipient specified in your order form according to the delivery method chosen.

Pricing for Individual Documents

• Degree Diploma(awarded for degree programs like AAS, BBA, MBA):
  • Electronic Copy: $60
  • Printed Copy (mailed): $110
• Academic Transcript:
  • Additional Electronic Copy (sent to your email): $25
  • Official Electronic Copy (sent directly to an institution/third party): $35
  • Printed Copy (mailed): $80
• Program Certificate (awarded for certificate programs):
  • Electronic Copy: $25
  • Printed Copy (mailed): $50

Discounted Document Bundles

Nexford offers the following bundles at a discounted rate:

• Diploma Bundle: $150
  • Includes: One (1) electronic diploma and one (1) printed diploma (mailed to your specified address).
  • Also includes: Unlimited official electronic transcript copies sent to you for your personal records
    
    
• Diploma & Transcript Bundle: $200
  • Includes: Everything in the Diploma Bundle, PLUS one (1) printed academic transcript (mailed to your specified address).
