Understanding How Your Final Course Grades Are Calculated

The final grade calculation can differ for each course, depending on the assignments and assessment and the weights assigned for each in the gradebook. The syllabus for each specific course is your primary resource. It will provide a detailed breakdown of how various components (e.g., assignments, quizzes, projects, participation) are weighted to determine your final grade.

At the start of each course, it is essential to carefully review the syllabus located at the beginning of every course. This will help you understand expectations and how your performance will be evaluated.
