What is an official transcript and where should I send it?

Modified on Wed, 30 Apr at 6:34 PM

To be considered an official transcript, your transcript must be sent from your previous institution either by mail or email, directly to Nexford University.

Copies of the transcript provided by learners are considered unofficial transcripts. These are used to make an admissions decision so that you can start learning while you work on having your official transcript sent to us.

To provide your official transcript, just contact your prior institution and ask them to send the document in one of the following ways:

  1. Send an Electronic Copy (preferred)
Have the transcript emailed to transcripts@nexford.edu

  2. Mail a hard copy
    Our mailing address is:
    Nexford University
    1015 15th Street NW, Suit 631
    Washington, DC 20005

If you have any questions or concerns about providing your official transcript, email transcripts@nexford.edu
