As a Nexford University learner, you have complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning, a comprehensive online platform offering thousands of expert-led video courses to help you develop new skills and advance your career.
You can access LinkedIn Learning using your Nexford University credentials in two main ways:
- Via the LinkedIn Learning Shortcut: Select the LinkedIn Learning shortcut icon in the Canvas navigation:
- Using the Direct Link: Follow this link to the LinkedIn Learning homepage.
If you are already logged in with your Nexford credentials, you will be directed to LinkedIn Learning directly. If not, when prompted to sign in, use your official Nexford University email address and password (the same credentials you use for other Nexford services like myNXU).
Important: You do not need to have or create a personal LinkedIn profile to use the LinkedIn Learning resources provided by Nexford. Your Nexford account provides full access.
Optional: Connecting to Your Personal LinkedIn Profile
If you do have a personal LinkedIn profile and happen to be signed into it in the same web browser when you first access LinkedIn Learning via Nexford, you may be presented with an option to:
- Connect your Nexford-provided LinkedIn Learning activity with your personal LinkedIn profile.
- Continue without connecting, keeping your Nexford LinkedIn Learning activity separate.
Either option is perfectly fine and depends on your personal preference. Connecting them can allow your completed courses and learning achievements from LinkedIn Learning to be easily shared or displayed on your personal LinkedIn profile.
